How Section 8 works with LBN
If you have a Housing Choice Voucher from the Detroit Housing Commission (DHC) or any other public housing agency, you can apply to any of our vacant homes. Once approved, we work directly with your caseworker to schedule the HQS inspection and finalize your lease. Your portion of the rent is determined by your voucher; the balance is paid directly to us by the housing agency.
